How to apply

2. Fill up the application form

3. Procure ALL medical reports and supporting letter from Doctor

4. Procure supporting documents required to ascertain financial assistance

5. Email all of the above to admin@mynpna.org

• iNPNA Cardiac team will evaluate the medical information/ reports, all investigations submitted and provide recommendations to iNPNA executive committee for final decision

• All decision by iNPNA is final

• iNPNA will approve the applicant and will refer to Needy Heart Foundation Bangalore, our partner non-profit organization which has agreement with major hospitals to provide subsidized cost and same high quality treatment and surgeries.

• Hospitals with agreement : Jayadeva , Fortis, Manipal, Narayana Hrudayalaya, Columbia Asia, Mahaveer Jain, Ramiah , BGS Global hospital.

• Needy Heart Foundation & iNPNA will arrange for further care with hospitals in Bangalore.

• Needy Heart Foundation has helped with more than 10,000 cardiac surgeries since 2001 and is a major non-profit foundation

• One family member can stay with the patient in the hospital

• There are social workers who can help and assist patient and families

• All follow up recommendations will be given by doctors and hospital performing the procedure or surgery at discharge.

• Hospital & their cardiac surgery team will take full responsibility & will provide care

• Patients will return home & follow with their own doctor and cardiologist .
